My Routine –
While I am home I work out 6 days a week. These workouts normally involve heavy strength training and conditioning with my trainer Jeff Fronk. This is my time to get sore and build muscle & endurance!
On the road my workouts vary from 3-4 days a week depending on tee times & social events. I always work on range & mobility with resistance bands and stretching, which includes lots of time on the foam roller. I also like to do sprints on the treadmill to get my heart rate up and use those fast twitch muscles. Most of my workouts on the road are to maintain my current fitness level and help prevent injuries.
With more than 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Jeff is one of the most qualified trainers in the world. He has worked with professional athletes from a wide range of sports and has created golf specific exercise programs for countless PGA, LPGA, and Senior PGA Tour players.
